AKMS Video Library
If you were in attendance at our last Annual Meeting in February you heard about our Video Library. Granted, it is small at the moment, we'd like to make it available and we'd like to make it bigger and more useful to our members.

Presently, the titles we own are:

  1. Swim Smarter, Swim Faster
    1989. 60 minutes. By Skip Kinney and Richard Quick.
    focuses on the four strokes, Fly, Back, Breast, & Free.

  2. Swim Smarter, Swim Faster II
    1991. 60 minutes. By Skip Kinney and Richard Quick
    focuses on improving starts, turns, and finishes

  3. Swim Clinique
    1998. 36 minutes. By Chris Johnson, featuring 1988 gold medallist Anthony Nesty & Jack Thomas. "Excellent descriptions, demonstrations, and drills for all four strokes. Starts and turns, weight training, and stretching routines are also briefly covered.

  4. Total Immersion - Fishlike Freestyle

  5. Total Immersion - Butterfly and breaststroke
